Mr. Dipak Deva is a self-made man, who started his career as a junior staff member of a travel company in Jaipur, and over the past twenty-eight years has been a key part of the success of the tourism industry in India. His pride in India’s culture and history, and passion for developing unique tourism destinations and experiences within the country have contributed strongly to the India growth story.

Mr. Deva is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Travel Corporation (India) Ltd. Under his leadership the company has become the largest inbound destination management company in the country, servicing over 180,000 passengers per year.

TCI is the market leader for inbound tourism from UK, Germany, France, Russia, Spain, Portugal and Japan. The company owns leading international brands such as Sita, Distant Frontiers, and Go Vacations.

The companies that Mr. Deva has led have won National Tourism Awards since 2002. TCI is now the most awarded and recognised travel company in the industry, with over 81 honours and tributes from the Travel and Tourism Industry.

Mr. Deva is a strong believer in ‘Inclusive Tourism’ and has integrated giving-back-to-society as a key part of his professional life. Since 2008, he has partnered with a non-profit organisation to help empower over 4,000 underprivileged women by making them financially self-sufficient. He also works closely with the Ecotourism Society of India and supports the Jal Bhagirathi Foundation for water conservation in Rajasthan.

Mr. Mahesh Iyer is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Cook (India) Limited (TCIL) and has been with TCIL for 29 years. Prior to his current appointment he held multiple roles at TCIL including Head of Foreign Exchange, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Iyer handles overall responsibility for the operations and financial performance of TCIL in India, as well as the performance of its subsidiaries in India and abroad.

He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from JBIMS (Mumbai) and has successfully completed a Business Management degree from IIM-Calcutta.

Mr. Mahesh Iyer joined the Board of Travel Corporation (India) Limited with effect from May 6, 2025.

Mrs. Zohra Chatterji was Secretary, Ministry of Textiles in the Government of India. She belongs to the 1979 Batch of the IAS, UP Cadre and has held several important positions including Secretary and Director Industries, Labour Commissioner, Secretary & DG Tourism, and Secretary & Project Director Basic Education. She was awarded the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration.

She joined the Government of India on Central deputation in 2007 as Joint Secretary Broadcasting in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. She became Member Secretary, National Commission for Women and was associated with drafting landmark amendments to the Criminal Law Amendment Bill and the Act for Prevention of Harassment of Women at the Workplace.

She went on to serve as Additional Secretary Coal, where she held additional charge of CMD Coal India as its first woman CMD. She became Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Textiles in February 2013, where she introduced many new initiatives for handlooms and handicrafts including the setting up of a Hastkala Academy in New Delhi.

Mrs. Chatterji is a graduate in Physics from Miranda House, New Delhi, with a post-graduation in English Literature from AMU. Post retirement, she serves on the Board of NCML as an Independent Director and is currently the President of Alliance Francaise de Lucknow.

Debasis Nandy is a Chartered Accountant and Finance Professional. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been a part of the Executive Development Programme at Wharton and London Business School.

Debasis has been with Thomas Cook India since 2008 and is presently the President & Group Chief Financial Officer. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in the field of Finance & Accounts, with stints at Piramal Healthcare, Aviva, ICI and Indian Aluminium.

Debasis is responsible for and oversees the Finance & Accounts function of Thomas Cook India Group Companies, which span across 4 continents and 24 countries.

With his expertise and diverse experience, Debasis plays a significant role in the performance of the Company and is a key member of the Group Management Committee.

This privacy notice ("Notice") applies to the processing of personal data by TCI in connection with the processing of personal data on http://www.tci.co.in/ including any personal data you may provide though the use of the Website when you sign up to receive newsletters, blog posts, register for events or use our contact forms ("Website").

References in this Notice to "you" or "your" are references to individuals who use the Website. References in this Notice to "we", "us" or "our" are references to TCI.

TCI is an integrated travel and travel related financial services company, with headquarters in "Gurgaon, India" and registered at "324, Dr. D. N. Road, Fort, Mumbai–400001".

Minors (as defined under the laws of their jurisdiction or residence) are not eligible to register for, use, or Purchase the Products or Services available on our Website. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any Minor, and will not use this information if we discover that it has been provided by a minor.

Personal data collected by us

Personal data includes any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include personal data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Throughout the course of conducting our business as a Destination Management Company, in dealing with Representatives, Partners, Suppliers, Clients, Guests of Partners & Clients, industry peers and contacts, and potential Partners and/or Clients, we may collect and process Personal Data about you.
We collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this Notice.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you through our Website (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Grounds for lawful processing of data

Within TCI, your Personal Data will be disclosed only to a limited number of restricted individuals, which may include marketing, sales, contracting, reservations, human resources, legal, finance, regulatory and compliance, accounting, compensation and benefit as well as certain managers to the extent any of these functions need access to your Personal Data in connection with their job responsibilities.

TCI may disclose your Personal Data to third parties providing information technology support or technical and organizational services only in connection with the fulfilment of its business needs and legal obligations. The personal data collected is primarily used and passed on to third parties where it is necessary to process your booking, enquiry or participation. We may share personal data as required to fulfil the service offering and/or to make booking, reservation, blocking and any such activity initiated by user. We may share personal data with companies who provide services such as information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. TCI will exercise appropriate due diligence in the selection of its third party service providers, and require that they maintain adequate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your Personal Data, and to process your Personal Data only as instructed by TCI and for no other purposes.

It is understood that your Personal Data will be disclosed to third parties only as necessary in connection with the performance of contracts, the Company's business activities and the purposes listed in Section 9 above, as permitted by consent or as otherwise authorized or permitted by the law.

We may have to share your personal data with the entities and persons set out below for the purposes for which we collected the personal data.
(a) Where required, we will (subject to our professional obligations and any terms of business which we may enter into with you) disclose your personal data to:
• any person or entity to whom we are required or requested to make such disclosure by any court of competent jurisdiction or by any governmental, taxation or other regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or similar body;
• our professional advisers or consultants, including lawyers, bankers, auditors, accountants and insurers providing consultancy, legal, banking, audit, accounting or insurance services to us; and

Due to the multinational character of TCI, some of the affiliated companies and other recipients may be located in countries (including the United States) that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that set forth by the law in your home country. TCI will take steps to make sure that such recipients act in accordance with applicable law and provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data including appropriate technical and organizational security measures, also through implementation of appropriate contractual measures to secure such transfer, in compliance with the applicable law.

Data protection and security

Taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing.

TCI maintains physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect the Personal Data against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or access, whether it is processed in your local jurisdiction, the United States, or elsewhere. All the information you provide us through online systems is protected by a secure server. Any credit/debit card details will be destroyed once payment is made. We will never share your private details with anyone else, unless as specified above to facilitate your booking.

We require any third parties processing your information to do the implement the same levels of protection with respect to your data. While no system is full-proof, including ours, we will continue using internet security procedures to ensure your data remains safe with us. By opening, browsing, using this site for transactions or storing any data/information, you agree to comply with the latest revised privacy notice in effect at such time. If you use some social networking or other service which maintains your information, it is governed by their terms of use and privacy notice.

Marketing and exercising your right to opt-out of marketing

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing. We will not use your personal data to send you marketing materials if you have requested not to receive them. We do not share any personal data about you with these advertisers unless you give us permission to do so, separate from any permission you provide during the Member registration process. Data Retention
