Learn to Cook Momos with Purna and Dilmaya in Kathmandu
In this 3 hr Momo making session your clients will be hosted by Purna and Dilmaya in their home, situated at Naya Bazzar, in the northern part of Kathmandu. From mashing the potatoes, making the vegetable mixture, preparing the dough, to crushing the garlic and boiling the tomatoes for the pickle; your clients will be actively involved in each and every step of the preparation. Always accompanied with Dilmaya’s laughter. The trickiest part is when it comes to giving a shape to the dough. One inevitably ends up making strange looking creatures instead of the conventional one! By the way, did you know that there are six different shapes of Momos? Some are specifically dedicated to the type of filling that goes with it...a real art!
This informal session is a truly enriching experience which will not only fill your clients’ stomach but also their hearts with happiness! Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.
